3-year limited coverage from proof-of-purchase date.
Qualifying manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship of the ZeroTint system.
Improper installation, accident, unauthorized modification, cosmetic wear from normal use, environmental damage.
Installation performed in accordance with the ZeroTint installation guide. Professional installation may be required to preserve coverage.
Submit an order number, vehicle information, photos or video, and a problem description via the warranty claims form.
Expected initial response within 1 business day.
Repair, replacement, or credit at ZeroTint's discretion, subject to available inventory.
Coverage transfers once to a subsequent vehicle owner within the original warranty period at no cost.
Reasonable removal and reinstallation labor covered up to $250 per approved claim when performed by an authorized shop.
ZeroTint covers return shipping on approved claims within the continental US. Customer covers outbound shipping for inspection.
Extended protection plans are optional add-ons and are separate from the included warranty.
